We removed the existing plaster, installed a DPC membrane up to 1.8m, and then re-boarded and plastered to deliver a flawless finish. Following the survey and treatment process, all damp issues were fully resolved.

SEMI-DETACHED HOME, CROSBY

After a full survey in line with BS6576/1985, damp was identified in the ground-floor walls. The solution included plaster removal, DPC membrane installation with cream injection, and re-boarding with a complete plaster finish to restore the affected areas.
